PullLog
Track and analyze your gacha pulls effortlessly.
The Pain
I started PullLog as a side project because I was frustrated with manually tracking my gacha pulls in spreadsheets.
For over a year, I logged every pull, every expense, and tried to analyze drop rates with formulas.
But as the rows piled up, the sheet became slow, formulas broke, and maintenance turned into a constant headache.
I realized I wasn’t alone — many players wonder “How much have I spent?” or “What’s my real drop rate?” and struggle to find a clear answer.
The Goal
The goal of PullLog is to support players who care about their pull probabilities and expenses.
It makes logging effortless, visualizes spending and drop rates, and helps players better understand their habits.
The Vision
Looking ahead, my vision is bigger:
A gallery feature where players can preserve data and memories of their favorite characters, so they can revisit them even if the game shuts down.
Community-wide stats, aggregating metrics from players of the same game, to share and compare insights on a broader scale.
The Challenges
Building PullLog is also my way of learning:
How to design daily-use tools with UI/UX in mind, minimizing the steps players need to take.
How to offer PullLog as a free service with as many features as possible.
How to tackle tough challenges like the storage cost of the gallery feature, while still keeping it accessible.
My current plan is to adopt an ad-based model to support infrastructure costs and scale sustainably.
Building in Public
From the start, I’ve wanted to build PullLog transparently.
Both the frontend and backend are documented on GitHub — covering design ideas, implementation choices, and the roadmap — so that what usually stays “in one person’s head” can be shared, improved, and kept sustainable.
Your Turn
PullLog began as a hobby, but I’d love to see it grow into something that truly benefits the gaming community.
I’m curious — have you ever tried tracking game stats in spreadsheets or other tools?
What worked, and what was painful?
I’d love your feedback, stories, or even ideas for the next features. 🚀
About
I built PullLog because spreadsheets made tracking gacha a mess. Now it’s easy to log pulls and see stats on spending and drop rates.

Congrats on PullLog! Here's an idea: simple import from screenshots or pasted text, plus an anonymous benchmark to compare. Also, how will you handle banner specific pity rules across games, and is there one click export?
Thanks a lot for the kind words and for sharing these great ideas!
Import: I’ve been thinking about ways to simplify data entry, and import from screenshots or pasted text is definitely on the roadmap. Anonymous benchmarks for comparison also sound like a fun way to add community value.
Banner-specific pity rules: That’s a big challenge since each game has its own rules. For now, PullLog focuses on user-input logs, but I’d like to design a flexible system to handle banner-specific mechanics in the future.
Export: One-click export isn’t there yet, but it’s a must-have. I plan to add it as the dataset grows.
Really appreciate your feedback — this kind of input helps shape the roadmap. I’ll share updates as features roll out!
Happy to help! Looking forward to import, anonymous benchmarks, flexible banner rules, and one-click export. I’ll keep an eye out for your updates.
btw we could partner up. Me and my team are building HustleAdvisor, a social network where entrepreneurs share practical step by step lessons. If you join the waitlist and later post a short write up about building PullLog, we will boost it in the main feed so more people see it :)
You get: more users
We get: an experienced entrepreneur on board
Good luck with the launch!
Thanks again — really appreciate your support and encouragement!
Your project HustleAdvisor sounds interesting. I’m currently focused on launching and iterating PullLog, but I’ll definitely check out the waitlist and keep an eye on how it develops.
The idea of sharing lessons learned and connecting with other entrepreneurs is appealing, and I’m open to exploring ways to collaborate once things settle a bit after the launch.
Good luck with HustleAdvisor as well — let’s keep in touch!
Hey Katsuhiko, just wanted to let you know that we launched!
hustle-advisor.com
Congratulations on the launch of hustle-advisor!
i immediately tried joining with my google account, but the callback was not successful, so please check.
Thanks!
That might happen because you did not register in the waitlist with that email
If you want to log in via that account, send me an email with your address at dennis@hustle-advisor.com and I will sort this out :)
