PulseBot
AI product feedback intelligence for SaaS teams
I just launched the first MVP of PulseBot.
PulseBot helps SaaS founders and product teams monitor public feedback from reviews, app stores, forums, communities, and competitor pages.
The goal is simple: turn scattered public feedback into clearer product decisions.
Right now, I’m looking for early feedback from SaaS founders, indie hackers, and product builders.
Website:
I’d especially appreciate feedback on:
1. Is the positioning clear?
2. Would this help you find product opportunities?
3. What feedback sources would you want to monitor first?
About
I’m building PulseBot because SaaS teams have feedback scattered across reviews, app stores, forums, and competitor pages. PulseBot helps turn recurring pain points and feature requests into clearer product decisions.

We just added 6 resource pages to PulseBot covering sentiment analysis, unstructured feedback, AI summarization, duplicate detection, auto-tagging, and feedback taxonomy.
The unexpected part: writing them forced us to separate what we actually do from what sounds good. PulseBot helps SaaS founders and PMs turn public reviews, communities, and competitor feedback into clear product decisions — no manual reading required.
Now I'm mapping which topic founders actually want next. If you've ever drowned in user feedback, tell me: where does it live for you?
Small update after yesterday’s launch:
I added a few things to make PulseBot easier to evaluate before signing up:
- public pricing
- a sample report
- a resources hub with guides and use cases around product feedback intelligence
I’m still looking for feedback from SaaS founders and product teams on whether this kind of feedback intelligence would fit into their product research workflow.
If anyone wants to check it out, the site is PulseBot. You can find it by searching for “PulseBot product feedback intelligence”.
