AI Stock Sentiment Scanner

July 12, 2026 Motivation

I built Pulswerk because I kept spending too much time manually reading through news to get a feel for how the market was reacting to a stock. I'd built a much bigger stock analysis tool before (Kurswerk) with charting, backtesting, a trading bot — but most of the time, what I actually wanted was much simpler: type a symbol, see whether the news is bullish or bearish, and move on. So I pulled that one feature out and built it properly on its own, with real accounts, a fair free tier, and a paid tier for people who want deeper analysis. Pulswerk exists because sentiment shouldn't require fifteen minutes of scrolling through headlines to figure out — it should take five seconds.

I like that you narrowed the product instead of expanding it.

Sometimes extracting the one decision people make repeatedly is more valuable than building another all-in-one investing platform.

About

I built Pulswerk because reading through news manually to gauge market sentiment took too long. It exists to compress that into a five-second scan: enter a symbol, get an AI-read on whether the news is bullish or bearish
