Cross Bundle Subscription
We manage to sell our first subscription product, well it isn't entirely a bundle but the customer was willing to try it out.
We begin to get inquiries and feedback from users in social media and community channels.
Now is to get more subscription operators on-board.
24Symbols was our first subscription vendor who got onboard into Purplebundle.
They provide online reading books from fiction to non-fiction in a subscription model.
Begin to develop a few more pipeline plans to recruit more vendors onboard into Purplebundle.

We begin designing the website with basic tools. Which also begin to recruit new subscription operators onboard.
It starts with approaching most of the entertainment and leisure products (such as music and movie streaming, game subscription, gym membership and etc).
And of course, our first 4 attempts approaching all these operators was rejected :).

We begin the "mom's test" by asking random consumers that own subscription products and identify their problems.
Our finding shows that 80% of young consumers see the need to simplify their subscriptions.
Consumer biggest pain is the ability to track their subscriptions and unsubscribing whenever they like.
We want to solve the following problem on subscription product:
- single payment transaction
- save money
- able to subscribe, unsubscribe and unsubscribe
- marketplace to shop for subscription products
- remembering one single due date
So we are in the adventure to develop cross bundle subscription marketplace.
