Pyxium

We're now at the 200 signup stage, which is exciting!

There seems to be a lot of inherent curiosity about the idea which is cool. However, we're learning that signups doesn't equate to regular users which is our next big challenge. How do you turn curiosity into regular action?

We're keeping the barriers to entry low (free courses, all you need to do is sign up with an email), but definitely lessons to be learned about making it as accessible as possible for people - one being the fact that at the moment we only have a web app and no mobile app.

The tease of being able to drop new courses onto the platform is useful going forward, and we're hoping as content increases so will uptake!

Onwards.

After spending the summer learning how to program in JS, Node & React (and of course HTML & CSS) from scratch, I finally managed to put together the MVP fo what I was envisioning for my platform.

I found a really good CSS framework through the courses I did called Semantic UI, which managed to gie the platform a neat finish that I didn't have to put much effort into!

Now it's case of getting users using the platform ,and instructors wanting to teach on it.
