Run Lighthouse regularly on all pages of your website.

January 6, 2022 Lighthouse is nice, but do you run it regularly?

That was the question I was asking myself last year when we reworked my company's (Seety) website.

Our main acquisition channel is SEO. When we update the website, we audit the updated page, but when the website is live, we don't usually run an audit on other pages. We realized that we missed some bugs (Cache and dependencies issues) because of that. 😬

The solution was simple: A small script that runs Lighthouse on specific pages every month on our website and sends results to Airtable. Nice, I had the MVP ! 🏗️

Discussing with other web developers, it seems that no one runs audits regularly on his website and misses huge possible improvements. That's the tipping point where I decided to start working on Qualitycs. I built a landing page and a small interface for my script. 🖥️
