Hit 2 milestone today so pretty happy about that. Saw some solid traffic lately. The paid to total users has been about 2.5% here. We will have to see where that settles long term. But it is nice that about 2 months after my first paid client that i'm now in the 2 digit club! Onward and upward.

I was running the site with Stripe test mode for over a year. Finally in January 2020, I did all the debugging I wanted to make sure everything was functional to flip the switch to live. I had prior inquiries in the prior year of people wanting access to the premium content which I had just given them the stripe test cards to try out while I was still making progress on other parts of the site. Given that I had had inquiries for the paid subscription, it was more of a question of when rather than if I was going to get a paid subscriber. But yea, it happened on this day!

Was working with a friend on the new home page redesign and finally pushed it to production. The site has a new logo now as well. I do think this will add to the credibility of the site and honestly looking back I'm amazed anyone signed up on the site prior to this! Happy with the new look in any event.

Hit the 100 free users mark today. Was quite happy with this but still a lot of work to do. Users came from a variety of channels (organic, some paid search though not super worth it in my opinion, posts of forums). It is nice however to have some validation that the project is potentially going somewhere!
