Quicktion

I first envisioned Quicktion as a mobile app, connected with Notion that would allow users to quickly save information to different databases. One action to save expenses, one for incomes, one for ideas, etc.

I quickly realized this was gonna be hard, not hard to build, but hard to distribute, hard to acquire new users.

What if instead of focusing in a broad set of use cases I focus in something everyone uses? Email.

I already had experience building Google Workspace Add-Ons because of Notion2Sheets, so I used all that knowledge to build a Gmail add-on to save emails to Notion.
Similar concept that my original idea, but specifically for email, where users can map the information from the email to the different properties of their databases and save with a single click.

That's how Quicktion was born.
