I’m building Qustro because finding the right job and hiring the right person should be simpler.

Job seekers often have to search across different platforms, compare opportunities, and keep track of applications on their own. At the same time, employers need a straightforward way to post jobs, manage their listings, and connect with potential candidates.

That’s the problem I wanted to work on.

Qustro is a global jobs and career platform that brings job seekers and employers together in one place.

For job seekers, Qustro makes it possible to search for opportunities by job title, location, category, and job type, explore job details, and keep track of their activity through a personal hub.

For employers, Qustro provides tools to post openings, manage job listings, and review applications from a dedicated dashboard.

I’m building Qustro as a solo founder and currently keeping the platform free while focusing on improving the product and making the experience useful for both sides of the job market.

The goal is simple: make it easier to discover relevant opportunities, connect with employers, and take the next step in your career.

Qustro is still early, and there is a lot more to build.
