I'm a solo founder based in Pakistan, running a small remote marketing agency (Ironclad Automations) alongside this. RankinSEO started as a way to solve a problem I kept seeing with agency clients: roofers, plumbers, solar installers — none of them could afford a real content team, but they all needed to rank locally to get leads.

So I built an AI-powered platform that generates and automatically publishes SEO-optimized articles for trades businesses. Two-step pipeline (brief generation → full article), risk-scoring to catch AI hallucinations before anything goes live, native blog instead of relying on Webflow/WordPress.

Where things actually stand, 3 weeks in:

• Live product, Paddle payments wired up (Stripe isn't an option from Pakistan)

• Just fixed a real bug: was promising "no credit card required" trial but charging immediately — switched to a proper 14-day card-required trial

• Hit a wall this week: no live checkout because I hadn't set up a payout account. Getting a bank account sorted to fix that.

• Search Console: 73 impressions, 0 clicks, position ~87. Realized content alone wasn't going to move the needle — no backlinks, no domain authority.

• Spent today doing a backlink push: G2, SaaSHub, Startup Stash, SaaSworthy, AlternativeTo (pending), and now here.

Also very open to blunt feedback — I know 0 clicks after 3 weeks isn't much to brag about yet, but figured the honest numbers are more useful to this community than a highlight reel.
