100 Paying Customers

We built RankPush a few months ago to help our clients track their search engine rank positions with historical performance/graphs.

Excited to announce we just got our 100th paying customer today! Our first 50 customers were previous clients that we had done SEO work for.

But the other 50 were mostly word of mouth referrals which tells us we're doing something right on our product!

We learned a lot from the community, especially the other milestone posts where users share how they acquired their users. We want to give back and offer a deeply discount 40% off all plans. As always, every plan comes with a 7 day free trial and 14 day money back guarantee :)

Awesome work. That's fantastic growth! What are your marketing plans to get to 1000 customers?

Thank you! Along with the continued success of word of mouth referrals, we hope to add an affiliate program to drive more customers to our service.

I tried to use your product and failed when you started to ask for money, before showing me how this works. Returned after, activated subscription access didn't appear. I had to go to Paypal and deactivate it manually, not a very nice experience.

      Hi Vlad,

We previously only required email verification to try our service, but we had some users creating multiple accounts. So we require a paypal subscription that won't charge for 7 days. And we offer a 14 day refund policy after the 7 day free trial.

I just checked our system and it shows that your subscription did activate and is still active until the 7 day trial ends. You can test it out by logging in and visiting the dashboard.

      Thanks again for using Rankpush!

    Congrats guys!
Quick question: what is your strategy to stand out from the hundreds of SEO tools that exist on the market? It's a really hard market from what I see

    1. 1

At the moment, it's our price. As you might know, SEO tools are really expensive. We're offering a tool among the fastest and most accurate available, but our customers use us because we don't charge an arm and a leg like others out there.

Plus we offer a 7 day free trial and 14 day money back guarantee after the trial. This helps us build trust since we're relatively new.

Woah, you've got the likes of Instacart, Time, and GAP using this?

    Congratulations, nice milestone! 🎉

Why would I use RankPush instead of looking at the same keyword graphs from Google Search Console?

I just signed up and wanted an all of world option, not a single country.

    1. 1

Hi @sitebaseco thanks for giving us a try! Unfortunately due to the way Google works, you'll have to specify a country (usually US is a good default option). This is the same across all our competitors as well.

I went to check out, and chose the "pay with credit card or debit card option" to avoid Paypal. Then I filled in my card info, only to find that creating a PP account was mandatory for the CC or DC option. This was pretty annoying! Hope this helps you.

@sitebaseco Thanks for the great feedback. I'll look into fixing this or adding stripe as an alternative option.

How does it differ from semrush?

We don't use APIs as we want to get the most accurate results for our users and APIs sometimes return different results. Similar to how google crawls the web for its data, we crawl Google depending upon settings which you can set such as mobile/desktop, local, country, and exact urls.
