RankRefresh

SEO tells you everything. Except where to start.

March 18, 2026 Just launched a tool that tells you which blog posts to update first

I launched RankRefresh last week on Product Hunt. It does one thing: you upload your Google Search Console export and get a short, prioritised list of pages to update with a plain-English first action for each one.

The problem it solves is simple. Google Search Console has all the data you need to find your best content opportunities. But sorting through hundreds of pages manually takes hours. Most people never do it. RankRefresh does it instantly.

Three things it looks for:

  • Pages with high impressions but low CTR — visible in Google but not compelling enough to click

  • Pages sitting just outside the top 10 — close enough that a focused update could push them to page 1

  • Pages losing ground over time — content that has gone stale

No dashboards. No subscription. No SEO expertise required. Free to start, $4 to unlock the full report. Runs entirely in your browser.

Where I am right now: Launched a week ago. No paying customers yet. Building distribution through Reddit and direct outreach to bloggers and content creators.

What I'm trying to figure out: Is the pricing right? $4 feels almost too cheap, but I want the barrier to be low for the first paying customers. Anyone who has priced a similar tool — what worked?

Happy to give anyone here free access to the full report...

Week 3 update — what I've learned so far

It's been about three weeks since I launched RankRefresh on Product Hunt and posted here.

    A few honest observations:

Traffic is modest but the people who actually try it seem to get it immediately. The demo button has been clicked a lot more than I expected — which tells me the concept makes sense, people just need to see it before they upload their own data.

The feedback I've gotten has mostly been about trust — people want to know their data stays private. I've made that clearer on the site.

What I'm working on now: a printable report so you can share results with clients or a team without them needing to use the tool themselves.

If you tried it and have thoughts — good or bad — I'd genuinely love to hear them. And if you haven't, the demo runs without uploading anything: rankrefresh dot app

But most bloggers and content creators don't need a full audit platform. They need one clear answer: which pages should I update this week?
