I've been thinking about this for a couple of weeks now and have solved almost all the design issues. My biggest challenge is to successfully remove signatures from emails. No customer will want their personal details to end up on your website :)
I decided to go with Node.js for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend.
We receive a lot of automated emails, and most of them from no-reply addresses. As a customer, I never get the chance to be able to easily respond to share my reaction to a product I just bought or a great newsletter I just read.
So the idea of Reactione came into my mind. Let's offer a possibility for companies to humanize their email communication and for customers to share their opinion as easily as sending an email.
