Today I sent out the first Read-Next newsletter to 206 subscribers!
The newsletter has two recommended books (one of them is fiction, and the other is a non-fiction book). The books have a lot of information associated with them – so that the readers can decide if they want to buy it (or not).
Also created a page on the website when users can check the past newsletters – so that they can get a better idea before subscribing: https://read-next.com/past-newsletters
Stack used:
– Bit.ly for link tracking
– Sendgrid for email delivery
– Mailchimp for subscribers list
– Foundation for email (for email template)

I've realised that the most important thing for me to work on right now is to get more users to the site.
