Newsletter reading web app.
The web app for reading more newsletters launched with 28 newsletters at https://Reading.email . Readers were probably surprised to see 5 poetry newsletters with 40 poems available to read in the app. The two other lists were AM News and Virus News. Every week an additional 25 to 40 newsletters will be available in the app and promoted in our newsletter.
Reading.email is an app for reading newsletters. Communicating with users is critical to any startup so we wanted to get people signed up for our newsletter even before we launched. Instead of building a traditional landing page, the Substack "Coming Soon" page is what we are sharing. With that page live a few friends and family are being invited to sign up.

We use a 10 - 100 - 1,000 plan for growth. Friends and family will be the first invited to use the app with the goal of 10 "regular" users. Reaching that goal, will kick off promoting the app more broadly to get 100 users and finally 1,000. Different strategies and investments for each phase.

Because people had seen a previous version, they suggest that I build a special edition focused on Coronavirus newsletters. After finding newsletters focusing on Covid from across the US and Canada, major news publications and scientific sources I built this special edition.This was made available starting on July 19, 2020.
