Intuitive and pleasant user experience is key on RealRemote. Due to the simplicity of the idea, and lack of extravagant and heavy features, the website is very fast!

Uploading jobs is honestly a pleasure, like something you would do as a short pastime activity.

But most importantly, RealRemote is fully functional and filled with over 150 real and remote jobs offers that you could apply for today!

Communicating the idea with my team members was not hard. Firstly, we are a close-knit group of experienced professionals, and the idea itself is quite simple... but much like for some of the best recipes in the world, sometimes less is more!

With a few brainstorming sessions, interviews with fellow HR and job seeking developers, and looking at the rates at which the new job offers are listed on our exclusive communities, we happily concluded that this is a very viable side-project, full of potential!

2020 was hell for many of us!

I realized that in past years most developers, designers and project managers in software development have shifted to either fully remote, or at least hybrid working environment, due to restrictions all across the world.

Dealing with HR bureaucracy on most Job listing sites is something none of us want to deal with. I realized multiple, exclusive and job-focused online communities that we found throughout our careers are far better places to directly reach company management for real and up-to-date job offers!

Thus... RealRemote!
