Nice niche. Product photo tools are a good fit for AI because the pain is obvious and visual quality is easy for customers to judge.
One launch thing worth sanity checking: do not let image generation cost scale faster than revenue. A lot of AI apps ship with "one click generate" flows that are friendly to users and brutal on the API bill.
Before pushing traffic, it is worth adding:
1. per-user generation limits
2. file size limits
3. abuse checks on public endpoints
4. server-side calls only for paid APIs
5. basic logs that show cost per successful output
That stuff is not glamorous, but it buys you time to learn.
