Recno
Offline jobsite photos and daily records for iPhone
A useful job photo is only useful if you can find it when a client asks. Before a wall gets covered, keep a wide shot, a detail shot and the finished result together.
Recno is an iPhone app for contractors, remodelers and tradespeople who take their own job photos. Create a project, capture photos under that job and return to the same record later. It works offline without an account and is built around one device today.
Recno Pro adds Sifter for finding older camera-roll photos using saved job locations, plus report export. Free to download; see your local App Store for subscription pricing and trial eligibility.
If you document jobs on an iPhone, try it on one real job: create a project, capture a few work photos and see whether you can find the right photo later. What still takes too much effort? I am especially interested in feedback from US contractors and remodelers.
