Recruiiit
Centralized Collaborative Hiring and Career Platform
Today marks the second day of starting the development of my vision and I am already proud of how my team has planned to work.
I can say with pride that this is not just my vision but this is theirs too and the way they are shaping it with their plans, I cannot be much prouder with them.
Together we are on a journey towards creating a great product.
Today we have hired the best possible talent to help us reach closer to our vision. Mr. Prabesh Guragain and Mr. Bijay Chaudhary have joined us as Tech Stack Developer and Consultant to develop the first among six phases of development for Recruiiit.
I am confident about them and have full faith that they will deliver and help us reach closer to our goal.

I have been running a Recruitment Agency here in Nepal and have always had the struggle to track recruitment progress of talent's sent to our clients. There was always a manual approach to updates.
I wanted an application that could solve this process of staying in the loop on the talent's progress on our client's internal recruitment process. Another problem, that had been bothering me was working collaboratively with my team and my clients.
There are few tools that offer a collaborative hiring process but have nothing on vendor collaboration. Almost 90% of companies use "Staffing Agency" and there is little to no tool that works in that space.
And, this frustration gave birth to recruiiit.com. A centralized Work Tech application that lets you, your internal team, and vendor (Staffing Agency) work collaboratively towards a common goal: Finding the right Talent.
This is just a beginning of a solution of one problem, but we will also work on automated sourcing and have planned to setup a RnD department to test the technical feasibility.
About
Owning a Staffing Agency, we have been going through a huge problem of not being able to work collaboratively with our clients. This has resulted in unproductive experiences for both. This is why we created recruiiit.
