Hiring platform built to catch silent pipeline failures
A few months ago I watched a resume-scoring job on a hiring platform fail quietly for days. No error, no alert, just candidates sitting unscored while everyone assumed the pipeline was working. That's the moment Recruiter started.
Recruiter is a hiring/ATS platform - AI resume scoring, structured merit lists, interview scheduling with calendar sync, offer workflows. None of that is unusual. What is unusual is that every one of those steps has to prove it actually ran and that the person on the other end found out, or it gets treated as a bug, not a missing feature.
It's live in production now (roster.opsveritas.com), already run full hiring cycles through to real hires for early customers. Solo founder, self-funded, full-time.
Genuinely curious: what's the thing your current ATS or hiring stack silently fails at that you only found out about after the fact? That's exactly the class of bug I'm hunting for.
About
I kept seeing hiring software that looks fine in a demo but goes quiet at the exact moment it matters - a scoring job that fails silently, a candidate who never gets notified, a posting that stalls and nobody notices for
