I’ve spent a few years working in recruitment, and one thing kept bothering me.

Companies are paying thousands for hiring software and still struggling to get applicants.

Not because of lack of traffic, but because their career pages don’t convert.

Most ATS tools keep adding more features, more complexity, and higher pricing. But they ignore the one thing that actually matters, turning visitors into candidates.

So I decided to build my own.

It’s called Recy, a simple and free ATS with a strong focus on high converting, mobile first career pages and application flows.

No long forms. No clunky UX. No expensive subscriptions just to accept applications.

Just something that actually helps companies hire.

I’ve just launched the first version, and now I’m trying to figure out what actually matters.
