B2B SaaS Partner Management Platform

It would be really great if we can some more upvotes & comments π₯
After half a day we are ranking #1 so would like to see if we can maintain, a huge step as we are still bootstrapped.
We are launching 2.0 along with our launch.
We have been a bit busy, hence our absence. We just passed the 20 paying clients and currently have around 50 SaaS Affiliate Programs in our marketplace.
Growing a marketplace brings a lot more challenges, we do think we survived the first hurdles of getting supply & demand.
It is now time for us to optimise processes, sign up flows and kickstart growth once things really work.

As we are a two-sided marketplace, we target two audiences; SaaS companies and potential partners. With the new landing page we are able to give them both the relevant content and guide them to the right side of the app.
Want to start roasting our landing page? You can π

Looks good. I would love to apply the same templates for my louise wener website. Can you share their documents?

That is true, we haven't been here much since we have been a lot of tweaks in preparation for a big launch. MRR is unchanged and we currently have 9 clients in the marketplace

After having 5 beta testers we have received our first paying users!
A commitment we made with them is that they will get access to all to developed features in the upcoming year.
Lesson learned; don't be afraid of charging for your product, even though you see still lots of improvement. The product in the core does what the client was looking for, any future improvements are 'nice to haves'.

We are still fixing some final bugs to really start marketing and sales.
However due to some posts (here) and elsewhere we received our first sign-ups. This is nice, however, the great news is that someone completed all necessary steps and is going to invite partners π₯
For us Quality of the product goes first, so let's see if he and others can give some good feedback before hitting the bigger market.

I heard about IndieHackers from a friend and here we are, we received some great feedback on day 1 on our landing page.
It already has been a good decision, also building this timeline is great. It shows that patience and determination will pay off π€

We have now re-built the app which was is based on the initial ideal; having one login for partners where they can also join other programs easily.
This way it allows software business to grow even faster, as they can get new partners more easily.
The core is ready π

After finding a new developer (which isn't easy) we were able to finish up the MVP. As the developer was working full time on it (paid) things were moving a lot faster, which was great.
The MVP did not however solve all the problems from the initial idea, as it did not have a marketplace where you can join other programs.
So after 5days off being live, we took the app down again.

As time passed and the corona virus didn't seem to slow down we had to make some choices. The developers which started working on the MVP didn't have the time anymore and this wouldn't change in the near future.
Hence we decided to separate ways π€

When Corona came to Europe we experienced some challenges with time to spent on the side. As some have kids it wasn't easy to spend time on the normal job, so the side business was offline completely for some.
This time was challenging as everyone wanted to make it work but it wasn't possible for everyone, simple due to time and the virus.

We want to create a tool that is user friendly to the partners, not just for the software companies. By treating the partners right, the software companies will grow even faster π
