Modern organization design tools for progressive companies
Finally got back to this amazing project. Refreshed the landing page (simplified) and deep diving in UX deck now. Once all UX work is wrapped we will have an MVP outlined and I plan to codify it in May.
Tech Stack is likely to feature Angular + Firebase.
Next Update in a few weeks or so.
Alright, our landing page is live and www.redrafted.org should say it all - building a platform that will help companies create better organizations through structured and open Job Architecture, Competency Model, and everything that these artifacts enable (Job Descriptions, Interview Kits, Talent Evaluation tools, etc).
The project is to be open-sourced right after release with the main motivation to create a set of tools that startups or progressive grown-ups can use for free on their journey to create "best place to work".
