We opened up our API to allow our customers to better integrate with their existing infrastructure. Here's a link to our API docs: https://www.reftab.com/api-docs/
It's a continuous project of course, but so far, so good. Our next step with this is to add more documentation and release some integration scripts for things like PowerShell, Python etc.
We are proud to announce that we've been accepted into TinySeed accelerator 2020 cohort! We really believe in the TinySeed ethos and are excited to work along side and learn with other great companies in the 2020 batch.
Reftab has been growing very well over the past two years. So the timing is spot on. We're also working on developing a white label solution. Near complete with it and should be available soon. This will adjust our pricing model as well.
We had seen a lot of customers want to integrate with a service desk. So now, we're integrating with Jira and should be ready by end of June. We've also gained a lot more paying customers and our MoM has been increasing nicely. We are also working on new features.
Adding more functionality to the platform. We've updated our calendars to drag-and drop which made using the platform for reservations much more easy for end-users.
