Organise your knowledge and improve retention
Yesterday I've posted on hackernews, and that post received 8 upvotes and several comments https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=24839261.
That resulted in around 600 visits yesterday alone, 8 registration, and one guy went ahead and subscribed ($9 / mo).
I know that might not sound too impressive, but to me, it's a huge deal. Now I know there are people who are interested and even willing to pay, so I'll be even more motivated to bring new features and work on my marketing!
I still can't figure out what should be my promotion channel, so I tweet around and occasionally post on hacker news. 😅
I have also posted a short article on knowledge management in general. https://rekowl.com/u/yanis/knowledge-management
Fun fact! Because Rekowl notes are just markdown, it's quite easy to publish one as a blog post, so I'm kind of eating my own dog food here.
So far, my plan with promotion is to post more useful articles on the topic, post them on Reddit and hackernews hoping that Google will find them as well.
If you guys have some ideas, please share!

The new landing page I've launched is nothing special. I recorder a gif (with Gifox), added some screenshots, feature descriptions, and a F.A.Q. section. It will probably need more polishing 😅
The initial price I set is $3 / mo. Honestly, I don't think it's fair, so I would rise till $9 or even $19, but first I'd like to get my first customers, and then we'll see.

I built this service for myslef. I keep there a bunch of different notes and topics from astronomy to history, and personal notes. It's been a huge win for me for almost a year, and now I decided to make it public.
