Over the past few months, we’ve been building Reliant — an AI-powered Discord ticket bot designed to make server support simple, automated, and data-driven.

The idea came from noticing how fragmented Discord support still is. Most servers rely on basic ticket bots that:

• Only create panels

• Don’t provide analytics

• Have zero automation

• Require manual handling for repetitive questions

So we built something more complete.

Reliant combines:

• AI auto-replies for common questions
• Smart ticket summaries
• A full web dashboard
• Staff performance analytics
• Unlimited ticket handling
• Simple, no-code panel deployment

Our goal is to turn Discord support from a “moderator headache” into a scalable support system.

We currently have:

• 300+ active servers

• 1,000+ tickets resolved

• 99.9% uptime

We’re targeting gaming communities, Web3 projects, SaaS companies running support servers, and fast-growing online communities.
