New landing page

Anything but marketing the product right?

The old landing page was built mainly to validate the idea and was rather simple. I wanted a more convincing landing page that looks slightly more professional and better communicates what the app is actually trying to do.

There's still a long ways to go (improving it every day) especially around value communication, but this version is already converting much better seeing +12% conversion rate.

I'd work on the headline: "Delight, Convert and retain your users" is not really specific. Try addressing the pain instead of making a promise.

What's your audience's biggest pain you actually solve? Use it in a headline and split-test.

    Like:

"96% of SaaS owners never realize critical events that make them lose thousands of users. Become part of smart 4% with Rella."

Or just "Never lose another user again with Rella's smart event tracking".

Not sure what you do, but probably see the difference, right?

Amazing feedback! Thanks @donixs yeah I am playing around with a few h1 versions to see what sticks - if you refresh you a few times you should see a few others . But your feedback re the delight one is very valid.

What’s also a bit concerning for me is you saying “not sure what you do” - from your perspective what do you think Rella does based purely on first impression on the landing page?

I see you create event tracking. That's pretty clear.

What's not clear is what pain you avoid. This makes me feel your USP needs a little work. You are close, but you should define it better.

For example, when I look at the images below the headline it's pretty clear what you do. My question is "is it a nice to have or a must to have? Your user is going to ask the same question before opening an account.

What's the benefit of "Super. Simple. Event Tracking."?

See, when you say "Rella makes it ridiculously simple for B2B SaaS owners to get alerted when important events happen in realtime.", what's the actual benefit?

Like, why it's urgent for me to know?

You are getting closer with the current headline I see: "As you read this, 3 users churned from your app". But you need to define things better.

And btw, you don't actually know how many users actually churned from my app. You don't have a crystal ball. It's a no-no in copy to do this sort of thing. Take it as a side note.

        Here's what you should do:

I recommend you doing the 4p exercise and also think each thing you do and add "so you can"...

        Example:

        • Rella notifies you when a bug ocurred, so you can... XXX
        • Rella notifies you when an A/B Test Result ocurred so you can XXX

See how you're missing the reasons why I should open an account?

Amazing feedback again - thank you @donixs

100% understand the sentiment around 'why should I care' - that's the exact thing I'm really trying to hone in on and the examples you gave are great.

I tried to make that clearer with the above the fold graphic - does this fail to communicate that to you? E.g. the left side shows what event occured and the right side shows what to do as a result.

Will rework that headline with the users to include the subtite 🙌

I think the bit I need to really nail is what you've said there, just communicating the 'Why should you care more clearly'.

          1. 1

Yes, I saw the examples. They're pretty clear. What I felt wasn't so clear is the actual benefit of each thing. Like, it wasn't really urgent for me to sign up.

Btw, currently I am looking to start helping founders grow and I am refining the best way to do it.

Would you mind if we jump on a quick call?

I'd like to help you more and also ask you a couple of questions (I've got nothing to sell, so there won't be any pitch- just wanna genuinely help you and understand what I can offer founders).

If you're up for a call, here's my calendar: XXX

              Amazing just booked in!

thank you! I just deleted my calendar link so it doesn't go public. Look forward to meet you.

Just realized it says "If you don't know if this is true or not, then Rella is for you.".

It should go in the main headline.
