I was frustrated searching for quality remote tech jobs; not as a developer, but as a product person who saw how broken the experience was. Generic boards like Indeed are full of spam. Niche boards like RemoteOK are great but mix tech with non-tech roles. Most listings don't show salaries or tech-stack wasting everyone's time. And for digital nomads trying to work from anywhere? Even harder to filter by location requirements and time zones.

I wanted a simple solution: only tech positions, verified companies, pay transparency, and geographic targeting for the global remote workforce. I couldn't find it, so I built Remotech. It's the tech-focused remote job board I wish existed: - 1000+ verified positions (no spam) - Organized by role and location - or digital nomads - Updated daily - Salary ranges shown.

Beyond a job board, I want to build a community resource. A place where developers, engineers, and tech professionals can find legitimate remote opportunities whether they're in San Francisco, Mumbai, São Paulo, or Bali.
