It is not a big deal actually to launch a job board nowadays from a technical point of view. It is more challenging to differentiate from competitors and promote. So this part of running my job board is the most difficult and time consuming currently. It is clear it wont take off without pushing it ahead. So the next mile stone is to develop and run marketing campaign.
