Started validating the idea by researching quickly online and through contacts. Identified direct and in-direct competitors have studied them, but have gone ahead to tackle the implementation stage with a strong belief that competition exists in almost everything we do.

Since this is going to be a side project and we can build the MVP in a week because we know how to code, but we didn't know how to promote it.

Marketing and Sales is not a cup of cake, so thought we shouldn't think of monetization at first and try to create a mental block, but try to build a decent product and market it.
