Wow - we are really excited to see that we have got quite a decent amount of impressions on Google Organically from the last few weeks of launch. This proves that we are truly adding value to the job seekers as well as to the employers.

Now, the next steps are to improve the "Average CTR" and "Average Ranking Position".

After spending days and nights of design and development, we have finally arrived on a day to launch to take off the "Pre-Launch Landing Page" and release the production-ready job board application.

This launched was announced on our Twitter account. We started to monitor the last-minute hiccups and started to get likes and shares - which really motivated us.

Soon within a week as planned we managed to complete the MVP stage and came up with the initial design just good enough for a launch.

We did create a landing page during the MVP stage to get early feedback from friends and started tweeting asking people to subscribe by giving out their name and email address - just to measure interest.

Started validating the idea by researching quickly online and through contacts. Identified direct and in-direct competitors have studied them, but have gone ahead to tackle the implementation stage with a strong belief that competition exists in almost everything we do.

Since this is going to be a side project and we can build the MVP in a week because we know how to code, but we didn't know how to promote it.

Marketing and Sales is not a cup of cake, so thought we shouldn't think of monetization at first and try to create a mental block, but try to build a decent product and market it.
