Renti has changed a lot in the last (damn less than a year!) so we needed to update and show off who we are now.

Renti continues to grow and as such today we welcomed another new team member in Faria.
We are very excited to have Faria with us. She will be taking the reins on customer training and support. It's extremely important to us that we are always providing top-notch quick support to all of our customers as we grow. We have no doubt that you'll love her positivity and problem-solving!

Our growing understanding of the need for effective contact tracing for handling Covid cases in New Zealand led to us working closely with Palace (https://www.getpalace.com/au/) to create the Covid Tracer app, allowing property management firms to bulk generate and print posters and QR codes for property viewings and helping with creating useful contact tracing data. Well over 100 separate property management agencies across New ZEaland heeded the call and signed up to utilise the tech, a Renti initiative that we're very proud of!

Another big growth milestone reached, with over 20,000 properties now live on the platform and over 100 individual agencies using the platform.
We continue to grow off the back of highly positive reviews from our customers in both property management firms and tenants, and we're learning from both groups every day as far as both their needs, where we are effectively meeting them and where we can add additional products and services to help make their experiences even better!
With great fanfare and a big sigh of relief we launched the first version of the Renti platform with a number of clients ready to go and a platform we were very proud of!
Client feedback was excellent, people loved the effectiveness of the software and our user-first approach and interest in user testing the first version led to both highly engaged customers and some really excellent feedback for us to work with
