I worked on multiple projects and as a Backend Developer, one of the most common issues that I used to face was bugs reported with missing details.

Usually, I used to get bugs reported like this "Hey, that API is not working" but how am I supposed to debug it unless I get the details like headers, body data, etc.

Yes, I could ask for that but sometimes that used to take time because then the QA has to reproduce the issue to get the required details and send me. Yes, I could tell QA to send any bug with all details but "Human can make mistakes".

Above all, even the process of getting and sending details for an API of a live Web Application takes time.

I needed something so that I can get all the details without relying on QA, So the idea of ReportBugz came to my mind. And after working for 6 months in my spare time with 9 hr full-time job, I made ReportBugz live on 20th March 2018.
