Just launched ReportOS: turning messy spreadsheets into executive reports with AI
I realized something while working with analytics.
The analysis itself usually isn't the hardest part — it's turning the results into something executives can quickly understand.
Cleaning messy spreadsheets, structuring insights, writing summaries… that part takes hours.
So I built a small toolkit called ReportOS that uses structured AI prompts to turn raw spreadsheets into executive-ready reports.
It’s basically a workflow that:
• cleans data
• extracts insights
• generates executive summaries
I just launched the first version on Gumroad and would love feedback from other builders.

Quick update while building this:
One thing I learned while creating ReportOS is that most reporting workflows follow the same pattern:
1️⃣ Clean messy spreadsheet data
2️⃣ Identify trends or anomalies
3️⃣ Translate insights into executive language
The hardest part isn't the analysis — it's turning the findings into something stakeholders can quickly understand.
That's why I ended up building prompt workflows for each step instead of trying to do everything with one prompt.
