I am always looking for unsolved problems in my surounding!
So it came to my mind, that a lot of people that i spoke to in different branches (healthcare, retail stores ..) had a lot of time invested to manage their companys online reputation!

They are looking through the different platforms, checking their email accounts, seeking for reviews and customer feedback.

Once they collected everything, they would respond on different platforms or even organize follow up tasks in order to handle the feedback.

Sometimes they would even skip to manage feedback, because there was too much other work that needed to be done.

When asking why they don't use existing solutions on the market, the answer was:

• Don't know about them or
• Too complex to use or
• Too expensive

So i thought i will try and come up with an own implementation :-)
