Find out the viewport of your screen.
Imagine that you've created website, the client reports layout issue. In order to solve it we need some more info to investigate to source of the problem: client's os platform, browser vendor and the screen viewport, etc. It's extremely hard to explain non techie client how to find out all of these specs so we usually end up by opening screen share app: "alright click screen resolution is.. OS and browser. Thanks, I'll double check it."
Being tired of wasting time I had created the webpage that exposes all these browser's specs by just visiting it.
Does it sounds familiar to you and how do you solve the problem?
Are there anything can be improved? Thanks!

Most of times clients can't tell their screen resolution and browser to debug the issue on their machine. I'd created a simple page to find such info right after visiting the page.

How does it compare with something like https://www.whatismybrowser.com ?
That also shows important settings (like cookies enabled vs disabled)
Well, it depends. Indeed the website has way more params but it still lacks browser capability info. Anyway, the best part of freelance developers don't care about all of those features when it comes to responsive design or other layout issues. Resolution, viewport and the platform all we need. That why my solution exists.
I prefer this website : https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ (less ads).
such website are great in case of support tickets, to send client configuration
