Started Facebook marketing firm hiring process

I posted the job to Upwork and within 24 hours had a number of qualified candidates submit proposals. I've lined up 6 calls over the next week or so.

In their Upwork profiles many of these candidates have screenshots of the Facebook advertising control panels of their clients, showing the low CPC/high ROAS they were able to achieve. Some of them are really impressive. Hoping it's not BS.
