RevuLaunch
AI reputation autopilot for local businesses
Most local businesses know reviews decide who gets the call. The follow-through fails at the human step: someone
has to remember to ask every customer, every single day, and someone has to write a response to every review,
forever. The incumbents (Birdeye, Podium) solve this well — for $300+/mo behind a demo-call sales process that small businesses hate.
RevuLaunch is the AI-first version at small-business prices:
- Review requests go out by SMS and email right when the job closes — the window when customers actually say yes
- Reviews sync from Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor every 15 minutes
- AI drafts responses in the business's own voice — 4–5★ replies post automatically, 1–3★ get flagged for approval first
- Competitor benchmarking and multi-location support built in
Where it stands: built and functional, currently in Google's API verification queue (required for automated review responses), so registration is waitlist-only for now. Pricing at launch: $149–249/mo with a 14-day trial -- self-serve, no demo call.
While the approval works its way through, I've been building out the content side: industry-specific review-growth guides (dentists, contractors, restaurants, law firms, and more) at revulaunch.com/get-more-reviews.

One thing I'd keep watching is whether customers perceive this as review software or as a reputation management system.
Getting more reviews is valuable, but what most local businesses are really buying is confidence that their online reputation won't quietly deteriorate while they're busy running the business. That's a much broader promise than automation alone.
