I want to share what I've been building because this community helped me think through a lot of the early decisions.

The idea started from a simple observation. People were posting AI-generated "ratings" of their face or body on X and getting massive engagement. But every tool that existed either gave you a wall of text or looked like a generic ChatGPT response screenshotted into a tweet. Nothing looked good enough to actually share.

So I built RizzReport. You upload a photo, answer 3-5 quick questions, and get back a full HD, beautifully designed report personalised to your actual photo. Not generic AI slop. Your face, your body, your results, in a format that looks like something a magazine would publish about you.

We have 12+ report types now. Face analysis, skin health, DEXA-style body scan, celebrity lookalike, wardrobe colour palette, hairstyle, palm reading, aura reading. The mystical ones do surprisingly well.

A few things I learned that might help someone here:

The design quality IS the product. The moment I invested in making the output look genuinely premium, conversion went up. People are not just buying analysis. They are buying something they want to post.

Pricing per report rather than subscription removed almost all purchase friction. $3.99 for one or $9.99 for five. Nobody wants another monthly charge for something they might use twice.

Social sharing is the actual growth loop. When the report looks good, people post it without being asked. That organic X traffic has been more consistent than anything I paid for.

Still very early. Revenue is modest, the referral mechanic needs work, and SEO is basically zero right now. But the core loop is working and the product is genuinely fun to use.
