RocketHack.io
Website for students to find their next challenge
Personally, I am not a big believer in having "a launch" as I have seen many people treat them as a one time event for customer acquisition and take growth afterwards is for granted.
Today, I published my first article about the project with my LinkedIn audience and so far it has generated >3,300 impressions.
My plan is to continue sharing updates on various platforms, including LinkedIn, IH, Twitter, Medium, and my personal blog, each platform covering the progress from a slightly different angle to account for the differences in audience interests and format.
After having competed int he first hackathon, I immediately wanted to sign up for the next one. Unfortunately, the hackathon-scene in the German-speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria) is highly fragmented and there is no single website where all of them can be found. So I started to build one.

Together with two friends, I participated in my first-ever hackathon. The event of choice was the Start Hack 2021, organized by Start Global at the University of St. Gallen. We developed a healthcare platform with social & gamification elements, inspired by other products such as Duolingo. It was a wild bunch of days with many laughs and little sleep.

There was no central place to discover all hackathons in German-speaking countries. So, I built one.
