After adding some new features like customizable schedule periods, multiple assignees per task and viewing the upcoming schedule we thought it experiment with Product Hunt.
We have 84 total installs and some free accounts that seem quite active.
Getting a paying customer has ignited our motivation to continue development on the add-on.
Currently there are some customers that are well over the free plan but we haven't built in a way to limit their usage... So next I'll be looking into ways to prompt upgrades and then maybe some hard limiting on customers that are abusing the free plan.

Have you tried manually emailing the customers who are abusing the free plan? might be a good first step before you put in auto prompts.
