🚀 How I’ve Been Marketing Rovelist
I’ve been experimenting with different marketing channels to grow Rovelist. Here’s what’s worked so far:
📢 Twitter, Threads, and Instagram – Sharing updates and engaging with users.
📈 Reddit – My biggest download spike came from a well-received post.
📝 Press Coverage – Michael at 9to5Mac wrote about Rovelist, bringing in solid traction.
I haven’t tapped into TikTok yet because the costs have been high ($1.5K–$3K for 1-2 videos with little traction), but I might just need to find the right creator.
🔥 What’s Next?
I know Rovelist can do even better with the right marketing push. If you’ve successfully marketed a mobile app, I’d love to hear:
💡 What strategies worked best for you? Any underrated channels I should explore? Let’s build something great together! 🚀
I will post more updates and go into more details about the app as it grows.

About
Around 8–10 years ago, I wanted to learn how to code and track my habits. Habit trackers weren’t as popular then, but I saw their value. Over time, I learned to code and built Rovelist, the tracker I originally wanted.
