Our AI actually interprets recordings and heatmaps to highlight what users were trying to do, where they got stuck, and why it matters. It’s built for teams that want real answers, not just data. Our system is more focused in using AI with user session recordings and heatmaps to give a better idea/view on the data you're looking at.
