For Father's Day, the family gave me a get-out-of-responsibility-free card. Since the weather wasn't great, I decided to code instead of mountain bike, my usual go-to.

So, I took the day to build a micro Valuable Product and share it. Using React, Material UI & Vercel.

I was pretty pumped when I thought I'd only get taxed 15%, maybe 20% on my equity payout. On the big day, was gut-punched and disappointed to see I was actually taxed 35%.

I thought it would be nice to help others accurately estimate to avoid the same mistake.
