Launched - Build a SAAS app this weekend (course)

Launched my course on Udemy -
https://www.udemy.com/course/saasify-build-a-complete-saas-app-this-weekend

Thank you indiehackers community for the inspiration.

Next step is to integrate redux to the course and make it a ready to use SAAS app.

I am using this in 2 other side projects and so I thought I should convert this into a course.

Sweet, what tools / services did you use to record / organise / produce the course, and reduce the overhead of cross-publishing to the two platforms (udemy, teachable...)?

Recorded in QuickTime on mac. Cross publishing overhead is not big enough to optimize. Udemy has a bulk uploader -> Select all files in the folder, hit upload and wait. It was pretty fast,

Congratulations! Can I ask some questions:

How long did it create you to "design" the course?

How long did it take you to record the course lectures?

Broadly how are you promoting the course, are are you relying on the Udemy community?

Have you made a course (or youtube videos etc.) before on software dev?

Did you enjoy making it? :-)

I have previously created 2 SAAS apps. So I had my design ready. This is a smaller version of those 2 apps.

It took me like 3 months to record them. I did them after work in the nights . My weekends are taken by my little one.

I am struggling with marketing. Right now relying on Udemy. This is one aspect I don’t have any experience.

I enjoyed making it and will make more :)

      Thank you for your questions.
