I failed 4 times. Here is the "root cause" and how I'm fixing it.
I spent 2 years building 4 different SaaS products. The code was clean, the UI was perfect, and... I had zero users.
I finally stopped blaming 'bad luck' and looked at the root cause: a total lack of market discovery and competitor intelligence. I was building in a vacuum.
SaaS Radar is my 5th attempt, built specifically to solve this. Instead of guessing what works, I’ve built an engine to automate the discovery of high-growth tools and market trends.

Read through SaaSRadar's homepage. Feels like the texts explain what the product does pretty well, but visitors may understand the features more clearly than the problem it solves. Had a few ideas while reading through it. Happy to send them over if useful.
