August 21, 2026 Sabriel AI is live: WordPress AI that books, quotes and scores leads

Sabriel AI just went live on WordPress.org after a year of building it for my own agency's clients. It reads your site and price list, books real appointments inside the chat, writes a branded PDF quote on the spot, and scores every lead hot, warm or cold with a written reason. You bring your own AI key (Gemini, OpenAI or Claude), so there is no server of mine in the middle and no per-conversation cost. Free plan on WordPress.org, paid plans from $19/month. Feedback and criticism very welcome.

the agency-to-product path gives you a good place to make the lead score trustworthy. i would show the exact evidence behind hot, warm, or cold—such as the requested service, budget signal, and booking intent—and allow an "unknown" state when the chat does not contain enough information. later, compare the score with the actual outcome and show where the rule was wrong. that feedback loop could become more valuable than the label itself.

Thank you for the insightful feedback. Exposing the reasoning behind the scoring, such as budget signals and booking intent, is a priority on our roadmap. Adding an "unknown" state and a feedback loop to refine the AI accuracy will certainly elevate the product value for agencies. We will explore implementing these features in an upcoming release.

The agency-to-product transition is the strongest part here. Building Sabriel around workflows you've already implemented for real clients gives the product more credibility than starting from a hypothetical use case.

I appreciate your comment. Building Sabriel AI based on real workflows from our agency clients was essential to ensure we solved actual operational bottlenecks. This practical foundation allows the plugin to deliver immediate value directly from the initial setup.

That makes sense. Starting from workflows that already cost clients time makes the product’s initial value much easier to ground in something real.

Exactly. Solving a bottleneck that we previously spent manual hours fixing makes the value proposition immediate. It prevents us from guessing unnecessary features and allows us to focus entirely on scaling workflows that are already proven to work.

Would you be open to sharing the best email to reach you on? I’d like to continue the conversation beyond the thread.

About

I run a small web agency. Every chatbot I installed for a client answered vaguely and booked nothing, so I built the assistant I wanted: it reads the site, books real appointments in chat, and writes a PDF quote.
