Sage
A personal board of advisors in your pocket
Reached this milestone after a particularly successful week of Google and FB ads brought in new sign-ups.
The first 100 were difficult, but we've had a steady stream of 3-4 a day over the last month. Sage is starting to build some momentum now and the HN community is helping generate more interest.
Several other founders suggested we launch our platform on HN through the Show HN feature. We did this and are getting a steady stream of users (5-10/day) so far. Feedback has been limited but growing.
Also launching more on Reddit now as well. Hoping to get a post through that isn't moderated immediately.

After six months of working hard on an MVP with my development team, we've finally got something worthy of an initial launch. We needed a platform that was at least functional before we could put it out there.
We could have gone lighter weight, but we decided to go a bit heavyweight MVP because we had a bunch of Quora writers ready to jump on board.

A friend introduced me to offshore developers and got the ball rolling for us. It was a fellow founder I met through my work as part of the 1 Million Cups program in Philadelphia.
Find other people like you, network, become friends, share experiences, open new doors, rinse and repeat.

I built Sage to provide a platform that connects people who need advice to those who have it. We're solving the problem of the "subjective question" that is too hard to Google effectively.
