I built a tool that finds people already asking for your pro
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I wanted to share the real story behind why I built salesFlow — because it wasn’t planned at all.
I’m 16 years old, and earlier this year I started a small software company called LaunchFlow.
Like everyone my age who saw the vibe coding hype, I jumped straight into building MVPs for founders.
But here’s the problem:
It was painfully hard to find clients.
I spent nights on Reddit, literally until 2 AM, scrolling, replying, pitching, hoping someone would trust me to build their idea. Eventually, I got a client. We built the product. We were excited…
And then reality hit.
We couldn’t get a single user.
Zero traction.
Zero adoption.
A great idea, great work — but no customers.
That’s when something clicked for me.
If I was struggling to find my customers…
and my clients were also struggling to find their customers…
then the real problem wasn’t building products.
It was finding people who are already asking for what you built.
So I thought:
“What if LaunchFlow didn’t stop at building MVPs?
What if we also helped founders find demand fast?”
That led me to create SaleFlow.
Instead of guessing or running ads, SaleFlow scans Reddit and X for posts where people are already asking for solutions like yours.
You paste your product URL, it analyzes it, and gives you direct links to the exact conversations where people need what you’ve built.
For me, SalesFlow isn’t just a tool.
It’s a solution to the same problem that nearly killed my first business:
building something great and having no idea where to find the first users.
I’d love your feedback, ideas, criticism anything that helps me improve.

About
Everyone keeps saying “talk to your customers” but nobody tells you where those customers actually are. So I built salesflow. I wanted something simple enough that a kid could use it: Paste → Scan → Engage Get lead
