SaveTube
SaveTube -Yet another YouTube client/downloader
It's been a long slog to get here, but SaveTube just passed 1000 active users! This has been the result of several efforts, including advertising, social media marketing, press, and SEO. It take very long time to reach 1000+ active user per month and 100+ user per day.
It took more than 6 weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for SaveTube. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Java since that's that I'm the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!

Today one of my first trial customers for SaveTube converted to paid. I noticed when I got the email from Paypal that said "Payment of $5". It felt amazing! Just 5 more of these and I'll be exactly where I want to be with my business. This made just after one month of launching.

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for SaveTube!

This is great but is this really iOS closed ecosystem friendly, or is it like a SnaptTube thing?
SnapTube is just a downloader but SaveTube is both a downloader as well as client. It interface is pretty much like YouTube and have some features which doesn't support by YouTube like background playback, PIP mode for 4.1+, external video player support etc. Sadly this is only for Android not for IOS devices.
Thanks for the info. All the best!
